Katherine M. DiGangi
Attorney
Katherine M. DiGangi concentrates her practice on all aspects of domestic relation and probate matters including divorce, custody, alimony and child support, the probating of estates, as well as post-divorce litigation such as actions for contempt and modification. She has received appointments as Guardian, Conservator, and Special Personal Representative by the Essex County Probate and Family Court and has also served as discovery master and personal property master.
In March of 2018, Kate was appointed as Public Administrator for Essex County by Governor Charles D. Baker.
Kate completed the ARC (Attorneys Representing Children) training and has represented children pro-bono upon appointment from the Essex County Probate and Family Court. She also completed the court-approved conciliation training and volunteers through the Essex County Bar Association conciliation program.
Kate is a graduate of Salem State College (magna cum laude), where she was a member of the honor society Psi Chi, and a graduate of Massachusetts School of Law. Kate is admitted to practice in Massachusetts state courts. She is a member of the Board of Directors for the Essex County Bar Association where she is the chairperson of the new lawyer division and the Board of Directors of the Justinian Law Society of Massachusetts.
